Are walk-ins accepted?
Walk-ins are NOT accepted. You can purchase your tickets and book on our website.

What days are you open?
MONDAY-THURSDAY: CLOSED 

FRIDAY-SUNDAY: 7PM-11PM

Is this experienced timed? 
Yes, The Intoxicated Chemist is a timed experience with groups of people. Please expect your experience to last from 90-120 minutes.

Do I have to arrive at the time booked?
YES, because this is an timed experience. It is imperative you show up ON TIME. If you fail to show up on time we unfortunately will have to start without you. 

Can I get a refund if I am running late or miss my scheduled time?
All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any reason, so please book accordingly. 

What age groups are allowed?
This experience is available to ALL ages. While you have to do 21+ for FREE alcoholic beverages, we do have non-alcoholic drinks for children and non drinkers. 

Is this experience good for birthdays? 
YES! We have birthday packages and add-ons available to make your birthday experience one you will never forget. You can pre-book via email at Support@intoxicatedchemistbham.com for a private group!

Do you offer private events?
